Dont know about the barrel. But Look into Ocean Frieght companies. I have used a company called “Forex” and I can ship to Asia for 75 bucks. Usually if you go to a “ethnic” grocery store the have info on them.

I won’t be able to do this for you, but do a google search for international shippers. Make sure that they have a valid insurance policy, a W-9 for the U.S., and U.S. D.O.T. Authority. You need copies of all of these in case there are any issues with your shipment. Any reputable transportation provider should have no problem faxing or e-mailing this information to you.
