A product guarantee should contain realistic information. It all depends on the product you are offering, some products don’t qualify for a guarantee but you can give a warranty, other times you can just list your company policy. as far as the shipping company and their guarantee is concerned you can go to usps.com, usp.com, fedex.com and dhl.com websites and check out what they have and compare. It’s hard to give you more info than this not knowing what product you have to offer.
